ESI provides a level of quality assurance equal to or exceeding any customer requirements. ESI was TS 16949:2002 certified in June 2006 from BSI Global. TS 16949 is the highest possible quality standard, particularly for the automotive industry.

Following the original certification, ESI is committed to a rigorous audit every six months.

Although we were once TS certified, we dropped the certification due to high cost of maintaining it.

The TS 16949 requirements govern are followed for nearly all functions at ESI including quality control, material procurement, incoming inspection, employee training, product documentation, test records, and the handling of discrepant material.
